(If your sales are not taxable under MN state law, please indicate why in the space below). If selected for our Art in the Park, you will also need to provide a ST19 form later.

Artwork

Photos of your booth are required. Images are 90 percent of how the jury accepts you into the show. High quality, close up, neutral background photos are the most effective ways to present your work. Please obscure or edit out identifying trademarks and/or business names from your booth photos or other images.
