You can present your tickets to an usher for entry. If it’s more convenient, tickets can also be printed or obtained at the box office. Ticket check-in is also available one hour prior to the production at will call by giving your first name to the staff member working in the will call area.
Refund policy:
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds are given. If a patron cannot attend a performance, the ticketholder may exchange their ticket (subject to availability) or turn their ticket into a gift card to be used for future productions. NO credit will be given within 24 hours prior to the production.
Cancellation Policy:
If a show is canceled due to inclement weather, or other circumstances, Andria Theatre will make the decision at 3pm for 7pm shows, and 10am for 2pm shows the day of production and post the announcement on the website andriatheatre.org and all social media platforms. Every effort will be made to inform patrons via email, phone (if number is available) or other means of cancellation. Patrons who are unable to attend the make-up show will receive a gift card code that will be emailed to the email address on file.
Exchange policy for season subscribers:
Subscribers can exchange tickets for another performance of the same title up to 6 hours prior to their scheduled performance. However, if a subscriber moves to a more expensive performance, the subscriber is responsible for the difference owed.
Exchange policy for single tickets:
Tickets must be exchanged before the scheduled performance. Single tickets can only be exchanged for a later performance of the same production. No exchanges are available for special events or presentations. Single tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same title up to 24 hours prior to the performance you are scheduled to attend.
Late Arrival Seating:
Please arrive at the theatre and in your seat on time. After the doors have closed and the curtain has risen, we cannot guarantee that you will be seated or that you will be seated in your originally assigned seats. Our Front-of-House staff will do what they can to seat late patrons in a way that is discreet and respectful to those already in the theater. Late seating is done at the discretion of the house supervisor or other Andria Staff and is subject to availability. No late seating will be done after intermission or more than 45 minutes into a performance without an intermission.
