Board of Directors
Chuck Grussing, President – Chuck lends his board skills to his already impressive stage work for the theatre. He is retired from law enforcement on the University of Minnesota Morris campus.
Pete Woit, Secretary – Pete has many stage credits and brings to the board his professional experience of story telling via video. He owns Woit Video Production.
Kelly Prestby, Treasurer – Kelly teaches accounting at Saint Benedict College in St. Cloud, MN. She has a fine eye for detail and lends an important financial “voice” to the board.
Rachel Barduson – Rachel brings much knowledge about nonprofit administration and management with her as well as fundraising experience to the board. She is semi-retired and works part time for Anderson Funeral Home.
Nicole Fernholz – Nicole is completing her final year of her two terms on the board during which she was president. As Executive Director of the Alexandria Area Economic Development Commission, Nicole helped navigate the organization’s growth over the past six years.
Mark Graf – Mark is a new board recruit. He has conducted orchestras for professional opera companies throughout the United States. He continues to conduct orchestras in the surrounding area besides his position at Aagard Group.
Laura Urban – Laura, too, is a new board member. She brings considerable organizational development experience coming from her years of working in academic institutions. She is currently President of Alexandria Technical and Community College.
Holly Wallerich – Holly is serving her final year of her two terms on the board. She is an instrumental leader in the youth theater program at Andria Theatre. She works in the District 206 school system.
