Chuck Grussing, President – Chuck lends his board skills to his already impressive stage work for the theatre. He is retired from law enforcement on the University of Minnesota Morris campus.

Muzamba Sibajene - Ms. Sibajene is the Intercultural Program Management Specialist at Alexandria Technical and Community College. She is the child of Zambian diplomats and has lived in Europe, Africa, and North America. She has lived in Alexandria for 10 years. Her children have been active with the theatre in the Student Theatre Project summer camps. She brings to the board both cultural sensitivity and the experience to create intercultural communication and stories.
Carolyn Giannone - Carolyn moved to the Alexandria area in 2011, but didn't really find her home here until 2012, when she was cast in The Secret Garden at the Andria Theatre. Since then, she has been involved with several other shows at the Andria and surrounding theaters. She is excited to be a part of the board to support this wonderful theatre from a new angle. When not onstage, she works as a clinical psychologist at Lakeland Mental Health Center (LMHC) in Alexandria, or can be found at home snuggling her two dogs, her husband Scott, and baby daughter Grace..
Mark Graf – Mark is a new board recruit. He has conducted orchestras for professional opera companies throughout the United States. He continues to conduct orchestras in the surrounding area besides his position at Aagard Group.
Laura Urban – Laura, too, is a new board member. She brings considerable organizational development experience coming from her years of working in academic institutions. She is currently President of Alexandria Technical and Community College.
